I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

He's tall rather than fat, and he was playing against hulk.

In the last minute of extra time Bulgarian side Ludogorets Razgrad have goalkeeper Vladislav Stoyanov sent off against Steaua Bucharest. Centre back Cosmin Moti, a Romanian, is forced to go in goal for the penalty shootout with all three substitutions having already been made.

Moti steps up to convert the first penalty before saving two of Bucharest's to send his side into the Champions League group stages.

Poor Jazza

That lanky streak of piss from brum?!

Yes, but since found out that it's his agent claiming a move's close so probably bollocks.

European tour over for Hull.

What a shame

Everton ranked 25th for the Europa Group Stage draw - so Pot 3.

Lyon and Twente failed, but it needed one more to get EFC into Pot 2.

Unusual for Scousers to not nick it.

Obviously cant upload it, but theres a video of Legia Warsaw's protest display against UEFA doing the rounds on Football Away Days, absolutely ace.

They could meet Celtic again!

Would love that!

whatever way they want to look at it, they got a 3-0 score against them because they fielded an ineliglbe player as per the rules

if they'd scored another goal, or not brought the player on, they would've gone through (right?)

in which case, it's got fuck all to do with money, so take your protest, and fuck off

All of Nixon's shit now is just links to Sun pages which are behind a paywall.

Interesting report on Eibar. First time in the top division in Spain with a ground capacity of just 5,000. Not sure what the connection with Scotland is though:

Tricky draws for Spurs and Everton in the Europa.

Spurs have travel to Turkey, Serbia and Greece, which may impact on their league performances.

Everton have Lille, Wofsburg and Krasnodar, which could be a very competitive group.

Spurs have travel to Turkey, Serbia and Greece,.

Deep deep envy

Never mind Scotland. What about the connection with Spanish Lambretta's?
