Casino Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 i'm one who doesn't think a change of manager suddenly makes this lot world beaters id think lennon will be doing well if we get a draw Quote
gonzo Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 (edited) Edit Wanker haha Edited October 31, 2014 by gonzo Quote
anewman Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 I just can't watch anymore of pratley and beckford Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 Is Mcnaughton out because he's a Cardiff player? If so its a big worry he's our organizer. Quote
ex_midlandwhite Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 i'm one who doesn't think a change of manager suddenly makes this lot world beaters id think lennon will be doing well if we get a draw Me too, I'd snap your hands off at 3 points from the next two games, I'd even take two Quote
Juan.Kerr Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 i'm one who doesn't think a change of manager suddenly makes this lot world beaters id think lennon will be doing well if we get a draw They're not world beaters, but some are playing with more confidence, if not more skill. I'll be happy with a good performance and a scrawpy draw. Quote
Casino Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 id take a shit performance and a draw but i think we'll need a good show Quote
burnden Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Mrs is going to be pleased when i ditch her and the kids/grandkids to drive from over from blackpool for the game , would take a point now , think we will get beat same score as tonight. Quote
Ratwhite Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Going both teams to score. Mason and McNaughton can't start. Same team as Norwich. First home game for me with NL in charge, hoping for a performance. 2-1 / 1-2 Quote
Biggish Dave Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 I didn't see any of the match at Norwich but looking at reports, I think the axe will wield a bit. Wheater in for Dor, any striker in for Beckford, an all round team bollocking and a much improved performance. I think we'll get 4 points from these 2 home games coming up but this will be our win Quote
Smiley Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Beckford needs a goal. But it's just not happening for him. I think Lennon has shown patience but will now rest him for either Clayton or Davies. Or both Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 (edited) It's at full back I'm worried we need strengthening down both sides, has Herd gone back? Edited November 1, 2014 by Mounts Kipper Quote
tomski Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 2 back to back 3-1 wins coming up and an impressive 12 from 18 points haul from Lennon Quote
jules_darby Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 i'm one who doesn't think a change of manager suddenly makes this lot world beaters id think lennon will be doing well if we get a draw Yeah I think he will want a big reaction after last night So whilst I agree we're not suddenly great, I think we could really turn it on They may not step up but I think he will really try and push them I'm intrigued Very intrigued Looking forward to Tuesday very much Which I haven't felt about home games for a good while Have we swapped positions Cas? Casino Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 haha under DF I wanted to see it play out he was a beaten man by the end and I reckon he was relieved when the parting came with lennon, im not so much wanting to see how it goes, as i'm very confident if anybody can do the job we want, this fella can the thing that makes me still think the job isnt as easy as some think is when we do the numbers we really are shopping in the bargain basement of championship players - how many of the ones we've brought in were in their teams (obvs, DF may have thought they were quality he could turn around but maybe they just arent good enough) didnt we get blown out of the water by burnley for kightly? before last season, that is when you weigh up that our top earners, about 6 of em, are taking way over half our available wage bill, the rest is spread very thin it brings us on to something (i find) interesting good value might be available in scotland and he'll know that market its at that point i think 'strachan middlesbrough' which is my only cloud on the horizon Quote
jules_darby Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 I think after a year or two we are back on the same page Quote
burnden Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Cardiff winning today , won't be an easy game this . Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Cardiff winning today , won't be an easy game this . Far far from it and we really do need to sort out our defence ASAP. Quote
