Mounts Kipper Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 He was superb, this should now spell the end for Beckford, Clayton and Mason should be in front of him. Get Beckford off the wage bill in January Can't see a queue forming for Beckford think we need to improve him first similar to what we've done with Davies, still think there's enough ability to get something out of Beckford. tylswhite Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 I wonder if anybody said to Beckford last night "Look at that striker in a white shirt putting himself about fighting for every ball and making runs". Quote
Dr Faustus Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 the lad put a proper shift in last night, and again endears himself to the fans by being one of the last off the pitch in acknowledging them, despite being subbed... fair play Quote
Eddie Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Gary I think I do hope he's playing Friday. He was our best player when we won 4-0 and Muamba scored. I'm pretty sure he set up all 4 of our goals Quote

BOWTUN BAKED Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Apparently he's been doing extra training. Just goes to show, if you put the hard work in off the pitch, he can reap the rewards on the pitch. Well done Craig Quote
Naytch Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 I've always liked Craig Davies. He may not be the most technically gifted player but he works his fucking bollocks off every game. We need someone like him leading the line, and he deserves to start again on Friday. Top man Quote
anewman Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Bet beckford hated the one Craig Davies chant Quote
RoadRunnerFan Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 He were reet Bo last neet hope he gets a rewind on Friday. Quote
Juan.Kerr Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 He's stopping on his feet now and not falling about like he did a few weeks ago. Amazing what a bit of confidence and proper man managing can do. Hope he's in for Friday, we need to start knocking sides about again now, and letting people know we're not pushovers. Quote
