Has anyone been to the new ground ? It looks like the last train back is at 3 mins to 10......is there any chance of catching it ? I know the station's supposed to be near but that's really pushing it.

Yeah I went to that friendly we had. Should just about make it. Google suggests a 7 minute walk, I suggest slightly longer. Away end is on opposite side of the ground to the direction of the train station - I was at brisk walking pace to make the train and that was without a crowd or police presence

 

Ive gone for the 21:57 tickets too, change at Sheffield then onto the 00:30 rail replacement from Piccadilly. Its got a lot of moving parts this plan!

Website still says 24th Jan for this and no mention of Liverpool....3 days after the fucking draw. The club have really upped their game on the social media stuff since Lenny came in but the ticketing operation remains piss poor. Dates and times are sometimes wrong and fixtures which have been and gone are often still left up there. I phoned up for a ticket for the Leeds game for a mate (not a Bolton fan) the other day and it was an epic - went through to Ticketmaster who despite me giving them my row and seat number had no idea how to find a seat in the same area. How we ever expect to boost crowds when buying a ticket is made so difficult beats me. Sort it out!
