Toying with the drive from Kidderminster and then back....looks like a 2.5 hour journey each way.

Got our tickets today.

Credit card machine broken in Club Shop, cash only.

After insisting that I needed the tickets today and had no cash then I was directed to another Office.

I kid you not it took 13 minutes for her to put the transaction through and sort out the 3 tickets.

By this time there were another 4 people behind me who also had no cash.

God knows how long they will be waiting.

Absolute fucking shambles.

Cash machine nearby?

Nearest is Asda or Tescoboth about 400 yards away

Cheers, I thought it was another of those weird dreams I've been having.

If there's a cash machine in the club shop that's not the point.

I wanted to pay on credit card and not with cash.

She tried to blag me and if I hadn't been insistent then I wouldn't have been told that actually it's only that credit card machine that isn't working.

BTW the young lad in there (new) is either slow or deaf.

Where do they get these people from?

Managed to, after 5 minutes of sifting through the tickets find me 2 tickets on one row then 3 on the row behind... Then went and lost them all so we had to repeat it all again. Wasn't impressed when I was on my dinner hour b

meldrew tells me the kids tickets are in a different bit of the stand to the adult ones he bought

Second time this year I agree with you, multi million pound business with debts like ours need to find a way to make it easier for people to do business with us not block them.

There again they made it too easy for people to buy liverpool tickets it seems.

So, let me get this right... there's a tramp on the streets with a card machine and Bolton Wanderers FC are only accepting cash?
