Aye, you're right, in the back of my mind I knew I should have entered each client number, however, a combination of laziness & ease of navigating the on-line process, I didn't. I'm sure it'll get sorted when I speak to them. It's not like I took the piss & ordered more than I was sorting in the first place with the correct number of CRN's. Worryingly though, I've heard a story tonight, that if true. Well, best not mentioned tbh.

birch-chorley Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 I'm hearing that tickets have oversold, the Bwfc system only recognised the ticket master sales that had a CRN assigned to them. This meant the BWFC system thought ticket master had sold less than they actually had done meaning they don't have enough tickets to supply the ones bought without a CRN. Thus the frantic phone calls and messing around. However this could be just a rumour

Website is a fucking embarrassment - not in any way user friendly, wrong info on it half the time etc. And how any company with a turnover of millions of pounds thinks it's acceptable is beyond me. But then so is employing the services of that other bunch of amateurs Ticketmaster when they managed to ruin the League Cup Final experience in 2004 for many diehard fans. I think Casino is right - they've had to say it's now sold out while they try to sort this self-inflicted mess. The figures given out have been all over the place anyway - 4k sold y'day lunchtime, then down to 3k this morning, then suddenly up to 4.5k, then sold out not long after. Absolutely clueless. I hope NL is blissfully unaware of this shambles...combined with a serious lack of movement on transfers he might be beginning to wonder what kind of brewery he's just been given the keys to.

All those who purchased first thing without using the appropriate number of client refs are being contacted by ticket master as their purchases are invalid, so should be plenty back into the pot Someone called it sunday

Big Dolph Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 I'm pretty sure as it's a cup game we could have been entitled to an allocation of 20% of the stadium capacity? I make that 8000. If the club only asked for 5500 as they thought that's all we may sell, then the fact we have sold out within 2 days is an absolute embarrassment & the club has let us down again (as they did for the boro cup final).
