I'm not worried though as I do have CRN for each ticket I ordered, not my fault their software fooked up. I'm more bothered about getting my Sheffield ticket sent on time though.

Isn't this what people were bothered about leading up? They wanted a system that rewarded ST holders and people that "Go the game" (That Everton fan will get the reference). And then I'm sure the same people who were whinging went and immediately took the right royal piss and bought 8 on two CRNs... Charming.

the sheff tickets shouldn't be with the l'pool tickets, because when I bought the Liverpool tickets she said they wouldn't be sent out till at the earliest friday

My cousin told her we had client reference numbers but she just said tough you ain't getting them. He even rung up and booked 8 seats on the coach. I can understand that the tickets should go to st holders has priority but they should have made it clear it was one each. They've cocked up big stile again and I have an 8 year old and 12 year old who are gutted.

Can we not just ask for more tickets? Cant see Liverpool fans being desperate to attend.

I'm sorry to admit but our club really are tinpot at times. Not quite 'Blackpool tinpot' but fook me we really do show ourselves up.

Well I assume the Club have contracted them to undertake online sales, but an error outside their control doesn't necessarily justify some of the stuff being spouted on here. Granted it's an embarrassment for the Club but it seems to me that they are doing the right thing and rectifying the [suppliers] error. People buying multiple tickets off one S/T client reference surely knew that it wasn't right or standard.

Our handling of tickets will be the single thing people remember Phil for when he's long gone. Happened too often, heads would roll in a proper organisation.

Ticketmaster get their percentage no matter what, they have no incentive to make sure the tickets go where they should...numerous tickets on 1 client reference, job done in Double quick time & on to the next mugs. This is not the first time Ticketmaster have shafted supporters, Gartside knows this but as he proved against Boro he doesn't give a shiny shite as long as the club fill the coffers.

Phil just needs to make Liverpool give us more tickets. Simples.

We tried to buy tickets using the correct amount of client refs.

 

The system wouldn't let us do it. So we had to put 4 Tickets on to 3 refs. We didnt want to do this but we had to,to Purchase the tickets.

That website never works right. For most away games you get told they can't find 2/3 tickets in the same row etc. Same old story onto the ticket office by email, they ring me job done. It is shite though.

 

I missed out on the cheap Burnley tickets last year coz of that shite site.

I always wait for open sale to buy ours cos it's a nightmare when it's ST only.

 

Queued up on Sunday morning for an hour and a half for 8 tickets, with 8 references - hopefully I'm owed a few beers

Aye, you're right, in the back of my mind I knew I should have entered each client number, however, a combination of laziness & ease of navigating the on-line process, I didn't.

 

I'm sure it'll get sorted when I speak to them. It's not like I took the piss & ordered more than I was sorting in the first place with the correct number of CRN's.

 

Worryingly though, I've heard a story tonight, that if true. Well, best not mentioned tbh.
