January 10, 201511 yr Up until recently, I've always been of the mind "don't tar an entire group with the same brush because of one or two nutters", but this is getting a bit fucking tedious now. I have no doubt the vast majority of Muslims are peaceful people, but they seem to be the only minority that really struggle to integrate into a Democratic Western Society - particularly in the last couple of decades. There is a terrible virus within their religion, and it seems to be spreading like wildfire. Can you imagine if the Catholicism of today beheaded people in the Vatican like Islam does in Mecca? And even the most moderate Muslim is urged to visit Mecca at least once. I detest ALL organised religion, but as Richard Dawkins said the other day - "Religions are NOT equally violent". Sam Harris made another good point. "The problem isn't fundamentalism. The only problem with Islamic fundamentalism are the fundamentals of Islam."
