If when we play Wigan the points are as follows:

 

Bolton 52+

21st placed club 46

...

Blackpool 26

Wigan 24.

 

We beat Wigan means they are relegated. The same day Blackpool keep their hopes alive by beating Leeds and move to 29.

The 21st club remain on 46.

We then beat Blackpool and tat means they too are relegated.
