Canada corner - all the big lads up - header off the bar bounces straight down - doesn't cross the line - inrushing Canadian heads over from a foot.

Canada really piling on the pressure this half. Morocco defending for their lives, but they're pretty solid and Amrabat is phenomenal, showing the class he had when they whupped Belgium.

Have FIFA backed down on the extra minutes for when the balls not in play? Felt like there was more to be added on then. Plus the amount of time refs spend pissing about during free kicks is daft. You'd think they were coaching for a set piece. Just leave em to it and then give a penalty/free kick if they're pushing and shoving. 

Felt like both Croatia and Belgium deserved to go out that group. Going to take Lukaku a while to recover from that second half.

Corners also. Corners are overrated. Wasn’t it Mourinho who said “only in England they cheer a corner”? All the pulling and shoving becomes a subjective decision for the referee. 
Change the rule so that only short corners are allowed. ie. The ball must be passed no more than 10-20 yards from the corner or a throw in.

Spain clearly good, but as Neville said at the tournament's start they may suffer from not scoring as many as their play suggests. Of course against Costa Rica they did, but I reckon I could have scored that day!

They've not yet put Japan away and I do think better sides may cause them a problem or two.
