Good summary that. Clitheroe is basically a depersonalised one horse town with planning permission granted for over 1000 new dwellings over the next few years. Why anyone would live there is beyond me. Most of the villages are nice if over inflated in terms of property prices. Other factors to consider are the only gas supply comes from cow's arses. Fibre optic broadband is better termed feeble optic - with speeds in excess of 4 meg a dream, unless you can access wireless or pay for satellite. 3G is a rarity and 4G just a concept.

Some of the villages lack pubs, shops and other basic amenities but all in all it's still decent living. Ps that thread showing that cunt Evans nearly made me throw up. Sickening.
