Horwich Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Kellett is shite... Hope he takes them down Quote
mickbrown Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) its called backing the club through the bad times. Maybe - but it shows just how 'bad' the times are when I was raising my hopes this afternoon at bullshit rumours of being linked with a striker that :- a.) plays for Oxford and b.) that I've never fecking heard of Fuck it. Guest Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Aaron Lennon will be pleased with his move Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Always gutted when one of the youth move on, though realistically it's only sentimental shite, I like to see youth coming through, it means the set ups working & it gives a heart to the team. At the end of the day though, sooner or later a decision needs to be made if the quality is there for them to break into the first team squad. Unfortunately Kellet is at that age where he should be there & isn't, for whatever reasons that most of us won't know the ins or out of. Good luck to him, but never against us & hope the usual 'undisclosed' includes a good sell on clause. Quote
Rizlar Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I think league 1 is his level but good luck to him! Quote
tarian1979 Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 we need a striker on loan otherwise its league one if its just madine and heskey to score the goals Quote

Guest Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Clough, clayton, dobbie? Indeed and isn't Dobbie our leading scorer? With a goal every 11 minutes Quote
Con Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 One hell of a gamble by Derby. £19.75m spent this window, best part of 10m of it today. How long ago was it they were saying they couldnt compete with us for Baptistes tip up? Quote
Big E Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Disagree. He is a very good player. Natural talent. Have you seen him play? I don't think you have if that's your view unless you are his dad. The lad isn't good enough for championship level. Unless he suddenly improves dramatically. Quote
onlyoneawalker Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Young pro out equals young pro in on loan from the prem watch this space albeit it's mildly depressing Quote

Unless he suddenly improves dramatically. Yes quite a bit for u21's. Like Clough, the game just comes naturally to him. Last year said Clough wouldn't look out of place in the first team and always thought the same about Kellett. Shame he never got a proper chance. Our loss is Wigans gain unfortunately. Hope we've got a big sell on clause. Quote

Unless their knees hinge in the wrong direction and they have to REALLY make an effort to kick a ball. Quote

Honestly don't see him making it Quote

kent_white Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Have we ever let a youngster go that has later come back to bite us on the arse? I can't think of any? Quote

Rotherham away he looked like he had never seen a football in his life. Honestly don't see him making it I wasn't at that game (shitfan), but I thought Kellet looked good in the brief opportunities he got under previous managers. Everyone isn't going to agree about everything. I think he'll be a top player, time will tell. Quote
bwfc87 Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Know need for that. Neither was your sarcy reply. Maybe I'm just tired and pissed off. Quote
