Fashion At Minute

What's the deal,

Was at a wedding last week and the general fashion was rolled up trousers / chino or jeans with slip ons or brouges without socks and a great deal of facial hair and braces

Is this the norm or was I at a muppet convention

Featured Replies

Them skinny rolled up jeans or metro sexual look is ridiculously gay

Thank feck I'm at an age where I don't have to bother with any of that shite and can just giggle at them.

I've turned into my dad.

We are heading back to the 80's I tell you.

My stripey T-shirts and earrings are coming back out of the loft, the mullet is being grown, and my Roman Holliday and Wham CD's are back on my playlist

Age should be no barrier to current high fashion!!!

Blokes shouldn't follow fashion.

Nowt wrong with decent jeans and a polo for every day wear, jeans and a shirt for nights out, and normal suits for weddings.

Some people must look through the wardrobes and question their sanity at some of their purchases.

They sound more like they were dressed like militant lesbians than men.

I've always been the height of scruffy - it's the easiest and cheapest way

Polo shirts have always seemed the attire of boring middle aged men who work in suits and can't cope without a shirt collar on their clothes to me.

your getting old

White trainer socks pulled up with reebok workouts seem to be in fashion round this way. Always complete with a sash style man bag and tiny shorts

They look like simpletons

Birds have started wearing culottes down here. Should be banned. Fugly.

Looking forward to a bloody cold winter , then the fluffy Russian style hat can emerge from under the bed.

When the "Kids" start too wear trousers with 6" waist bands 30" bottoms pockets at knee level, rounded off with 6" platforms then I feel I can justifiably critise them.

I'm hoping you're behind trend down there and not setting!

Made reference to Birmingham Bags and platforms in another thread....I topped them off with a cheesecloth shirt though!

I have probably committed several fashion crimes over the years, but I will never wear those fuck ugly garments. They're all over Topshop at the minute. Guaranteed every size going on the rail in the sales.

We can send them to the refugees, the lesbian ones will love them so extra politically correct, good stuff.

I was thinking lezzers, but they'd be full length trews on all the ones I know

Seen quite a few culottes in offices the last couple of years

Bizarre looking things

Wait 'til Corbyn's PM....be all the rage!

Andy - definitely following.

BCG - good girl. They are truly revolting.

Sans-Culottes are revolting.

Andy - you'll all be wearing Army khaki's with little peaked caps with a red star emblazoned on the front.

Do try to keep up.
