Eddie has had some abuse these past few weeks, a lot of it unwarranted by idiots.

  • So a bloke who gave us £150million is asking that his contribution be remembered by naming a room after him. Not a stand or the entire stadium. A room.   He's also asking that instead of getting his

If the club goes under then they're all out of a job.

As things stand bills have to be paid. If we can't pay the. Suppliers will stop supplying us and eventually we won't be able to operate.

Maybe prospective buyers are biding their time hoping to drive the price down still further.

Sounds like the buyers can't prove they have the funds to push through a deal and sort things out. Hopefully that position will change sooner rather than later. I don't think the asking price is a sticking point as others have already said.

I still say if there are bills to pay surely ED is obligated to pay them as he's still the owner.

No it's what being a limited company means it's a separate legal entity from its shareholders

If I was at the club, I'd be pitching every home game as probably the last one ever. Get some full houses in to bump up the coffers.

Our ED seems to be stuck between a rock and a hard place - can't or won't put any more money in to prop the club up and risks admin yet wants to ensure the club goes to decent owners who could end up buying it out of administration - I guess his get out of jail is he could buy the assets back out of admin as a premium creditor - I've still no beef with Eddie it's the same situation many clubs in the prem would be if they got relegated and stayed down Stoke Southampton Bournemouth etc etc rich owners but not 4-5 seasons in the championship rich

you're still crying cos we didn't sign le fondre

you still wanted us spending money we hadn't got only 6 weeks ago

all hes guilty of is letting it go on too long

and when he stopped you wailed

you really cant have it all ways

Yes I'm annoyed we didn't sign ALF he has the money and seemingly sanctioned a load of non playing squad players.

Yes I'm angry he didn't fuck Gsrtside off and did not replace him with a competent chairman earlier.

He stopped at Le Fondre when he should of stopped with the rest of non playing squad players and instead signed Le Fondre. The lack of s goalscorer has hastened our demise this season any fool could see that but laurel n hardy in charge of our great club.

The pair of them have got nearly every decision wrong in the last 5 years, the sooner they are history the better and If it's down the leagues so be it as long as we have a board that engages with the fans and does not hide in an ivory tower lying through their back teeth.

The novelty would probably wear off by the second game I'd of thought.

Just want this to end so we can concentrate on the thing that's matters BWFC on the pitch!

They'd have to reduce the ticket prices to £5, and even then wouldn't get close to a sell out

That fuckwit Lennon has to take his share of the blame for that as well though, maybe he would have had the ALF money if he hadn't wasted so much on shit that he has no intention of playing

He does share the blame unless the budget changed and he wasn't informed until it was too late and that wouldn't suprised me.

I agree the budget may have changed.....although he still appears to have signed players he has no intention of playing, and we were never in a position where we can afford to be carrying players, he's known that all along, irrespective of what budget he thought we did or didn't have

Kevin Davies has just been on the wireless. He reckons he's heard from inside the club that we could be in admin by the end of the week.

I'm not sure if administration is a good thing or a bad thing now, as things stand it's a very slow and painful death - at least maybe then we can start to move on, we would be pushed down to zero points though, which would be nailed on relegation

He's the last person I want to hear from.

Have some trust in Trevor Birch, maybe should have got him in 6 months earlier.

speaking to a Leeds colleague, I'm not so sure

SkySportsNews seem desperate for us to go pop and keep them in a storyline.

The noises from the players are positive - they are dedicated to the cause by all accounts. They deserve credit for that regardless of whether they're good enough or not.

He can assess the prospects of any bids there are, but he can't magic a viable bid from thin air.

I still can't see ED allowing administration. It seems all this has happened since PG was ill something isn't right !

We would then have to try and avoid finishing in the bottom 3 so we don't start next season in league 1 on -9pts and be favourites firvrelegation to league 2

Is that how it works?

I just thought we took the 12 point hit this year...and you only start the next season with a points deduction if you go into administration once you are already relegated

For what it's worth, I think if you go into administration you should be dumped into the bottom league anyway as a punishment

I can't wait to go down so we can clear the deadwood and start again.

Plus there will be some cracking away days.

You've not thought this one through.

What if a team in the 'bottom league' goes into administration?

Exactly. We'd piss League One. Probably go the full season unbeaten!  :drinks:

Oh I have thought it through.....they get a nice 30pt deduction. If that doesn't relegate them, then they start the following season on -30pts

Depressing. I'm almost looking forward now to everything going tits up and back to the 80's. Start again at the bottom and work our way back up again. At least we'll know what the fuck is going on. Hate this shit with rumour, counter-rumour, opinions, and fuck all from anyone who's actually ITK
