You know the Middle East is an interminable conflict which has been going since biblical times. Give me a concession. Accept I am right if he achieves a significant improvement in the Middle East in terms of a period of relative peace and stability and a cessation of front line hostilities.

 

Not sure that specific problem will ever be solved unless the enemies of Israel finally manage to push them into the sea or the Palestinians are obliterated, most likely by friendly fire from former friends becoming tired of the whole thing and concluding that a lasting peace only ever has a chance of becoming reality by recognising the right to exist of Israel.

He also seems infatuated with dismantling everything Obama (TTP, Obamacare, Paris Climate accord, Cuban sanctions and it goes on), ridiculing the Obama administration as he goes. In my opinion he is blinkered in views, niave in his foriegn policy strategy and thinks he can steamroller his way through history and force his opponents and allies to dance to his tune. I have always found the best way to get the best results is to work collaboratively with my colleagues/trade partners, not playing adversarial games and putting a region like the middle east in a perilous state that could explode at any minute
