Sanders would just be like Corbyn over here, basically guaranteeing Trump 4 more years

as would Warren so the more palatable candidate to defeat Trump would be Biden

Just an excuse to post this.

Listening to a us statement just now. "She won't return voluntarily to face a potential jail sentence for what was a terrible accident".

Seems they are trying to prejudge our justice system. It's none of their business frankly.

Suppose Andrew had rogered a young, trafficked girl over in the us. Would they therefore say it's ok if he didn't know she was trafficked?

Menks.

Let's swap her for Andrew

It's bollocks though, diplomatic immunity

Why the fuck should a politicians wife be able to get away with killing someone

Raab has said the investigation into that situation has revealed an anomaly whereby spouses get more protection that service personnel themselves. Guess that will be sorted fairly quickly.

Article says CPS say that only applies in London

I'm not sure I trust anything Raab or the CPS say so who knows

Therein is the issue. If the folk that should know what the score is don't, then getting her over here isn't going to be easy.

As for Raab and the government, they have to be careful as to not become directly involved in the case. They cannot be seen to be interfering or that is meat and drink to a defence lawyer.

I guess in some cases the CPS have to make a call as to whether theres enough evidence to bring about a trial. That's down to judgement. Sometimes right sometimes wrong

If they are saying diplomatic immunity only applies in London then that should be fact.

I know there was cock all chance of getting those Russians who visited Salisbury cathedral back over here but for a country we have a so called special relationship with, you'd like to see them do the decent thing

With regards to the impeachment - I'm not a Trump fan by any means - but the whole thing seems piss weak to me.

And I actually agree with DT that it sets a dangerous precedent. Has to be something more substantial to go down this route for me.

Four more years :)

Am assuming he has to give evidence under oath rather than just providing retorts on Twitter. That would have to focus his mind a bit more

Whilst there's no chance anything will come of it maybe the Democrats are thinking they can tie him in knots and he's been bullshitting all along it would be worth it

So was Clintons impeachment, got impeached for a blowjob at work.

We've all had that Christmas doo where drunk Karen had her tit fall out and she gave a quick tug to Gary from accounts.

Pretty much a glorified smear campaign. I’m struggling to see the momentum for any candidate building big enough to topple the orange cunt.
I’m not a betting man but I reckon you’re right.

Absolutely, hence my disquiet over their comments. Passing judgement on the case and being critical of the decision to charge her.

Chlorinated chicken is a no from me, but I can accept it as a personal choice, but they can get to fuck with their justice system and comments over ours.

Any nation that allows weirdos to own guns whilst they may not be old enough to buy a drink isn't in a strong position when it comes to matters of law.

The fact you can buy your victims off legally is fucking medieval kind of backward shit.

The most powerful man on the planet is a fucking imbecile.

Hes says he doesn't drink, but maybe does the odd line or two, but who knows

The guy could literally speak for 4 minutes and make zero sense whatsoever, and people would still lap it up.

oh.

Didn't know that (drink). Anything else, well who knows as you say.
