My 13 year old lad has been doing that on Hegarty Maths.

Actually, it’s just occurred to me that you might be him on a wind up.

The MBS website doesn’t show any degrees that lead to a career in espionage, so I’ll stick my my initial assessment (and a quick look at your troubling internet footprint), that you’re a bit of a crank but probably harmless due in no small part to extremely soft bicep flesh.

Haha. Thankfully mate pies and meat are fine. FODMAP is avoiding too many fermentable carbs. Garlic and lactose do me in, if I have a lot. Powdered garlic is in a very high % of packaged food unfortunately, and normal garlic is in most  indian,  chinese, Italian dishes, so eating out literally is a pain in the arse for me, sometimes

Bastard shreddies do me in, but I love them. Got some Sainsbury's own last week, has massive heartburn within 20 minutes. Donated to a neighbour.

Shame about your garlic issues, it's good for you (normally).

Love these lefites on here lets hope your sons dont get castrasted by labour ally natalie bennett's breeding program

I'm alright with a bit, and as long as dont have lots of other high fodmaps at the same time its manageable,  not that hard to sort really once you know what to avoid. There's plenty of folk with much worse.

Don't often get it. Just had an attack of the cardboard maltied breakfast cereal.

Usually the other end that shreddies cause an issue. Great for a clear out.
