The word nonce allegedly originates from Wakefield Prison which was and still is the home of many sex offenders.

Not sure what your point in that post is but one paragraph stands out to me. 
 

The standard of proof in civil cases is lower than in criminal cases, meaning that jurors were only required to find that it was more likely than not that Mr Trump assaulted Ms Carroll.

My argument does add up. If he was such a violent sex offender then why isn’t he in jail, why is it only civil cases?
