Considering there are potentially thousands of rapists involved and many, many more victims, there is a strange imbalance on outrage.

There are undoubtedly very similar issues with regards to the legal processes, with high ranking people seemingly putting up barriers.

I suspect Trump has some level of involvement, though that doesn't necessarily mean having it away with kids.

I don't see anything getting sorted under his watch neither.

I don't see our inquiry being sorted under Starmer's leadership neither.

Nope - these are (probably/potentially) awful crimes, whoever the perpetrators are, wherever the crimes occurred and whenever they happened. UK, US wherever. The victims are the same. Enforcement of laws should be without fear or favour. It’s outrageous the obstruction of justice being perpetrated by the current US administration to protect rich and famous men, whoever they are.

“By the current admin” the first redactions on the files was under Obama, redactions carried on over the years under Biden and Trump. The people doing the redactions are the DOJ and FBI, not politicians. Funny how all of a sudden it’s Trump doing them

I agree in that I really don’t know why Biden didn’t make more progress on this. Fundamentally politics are irrelevant. Now I would say atm that Trump has “weaponised” the DoJ/FBI like never before, so they have zero independence and pursue a vindictive MAGA agenda. I know you/Bolty think the opposite is true. Fine. Doesn’t matter. What does matter is the pathetic attempts at speaking with victims and persecuting perpetrators.  Like it lump it it’s all on Team Trump atm, and most folk would see there is a potential conflict of interest in pursuing justice when one of the (allegedly) main crooks himself appointed the heads of the FBI and DoJ 🤷‍♂️. possibly the same reason as little progress is being made by Trump, they're protecting people, be that either because they want to, or they're being instructed to do so.

So to be clear, when the FBI and DOJ had years of access to the files they never once thought about mentioning Trump either to the public or the dems, they just hushed it up, and then when The Don got in each time he just made sure they carried on with this same routine?

Errr, one is in the US and the other in the UK. There is also a massive gulf in the numbers of 'perpetrators' and one of the atrocities is still going on - in one case given a protective shield by a Lord Mayor.
