There are that many powerful people involved buying her silence for a deal is very likely. Not sure the Clinton testimony will change the investigation much. They won’t be saying ‘yes there were loads of kids being abused by others but decided not to say anything’ , more likely to be ‘he had lots of parties with lots of people there but we never saw anything illegal or we would have reported it’ .
