Thing I don't get is how that money is actually transferred. Does he do it himself- almost certainly not. Somehow, there must be a process whereby someone actually hits some computer keys. You would imagine there maybe concerns by them, or their bosses as to the legality of their actions, if approval hadn't been ratified. Quote
