December 28, 20169 yr If international law is preventing deportations and causing deaths of innocents by protecting criminals and terrorists, then its fucked and in cases like this should be flouted until it changes. Doesn't sound like Tunisia was that bothered, so why not just fly the fucker straight back?If the law is an ass then change the law. You can't just make up your own rules and not expect to have complete chaos when others do the same. Edited December 31, 20169 yr by Salford Trotter
December 28, 20169 yr If the law in an ass then change the law. You can't just make up your own rules and not expect to have complete chaos when others do the same. The law doesn't get changed so readily does it- human rights and all that. Meanwhile it is being used by terrorists/extremists and has contributed to the chaos we now see. Whilst many other nations ignore the law, I see no problem with keeping a known dodgy bastard locked up until his passport arrives, and if it doesn't come in reasonable time then send him off without.
December 28, 20169 yr He was claiming asylum in Germany which was rejected and it was only because Tunisia had delayed the issuing of a passport that he hadn't been deported. Germany had done everything within its power so why is Merkel responsible for something she had no control over. If you're suggesting that governments now flout international law and just stick people on planes back home then there would be chaos around the world. You are sounding more like that racist Trump with every post. Then simply detain the cunt. Not any Brown cunt, any cunt of any colour who's acting the cunt until that same cunt begs to go back to wherever his cuntish fate awaits him. Piss easy.
December 28, 20169 yr Then simply detain the cunt. Not any Brown cunt, any cunt of any colour who's acting the cunt until that same cunt begs to go back to wherever his cuntish fate awaits him. Piss easy. German law currently doesn't permit them to detain a suspect beyond 24 hours but as i said earlier they should change the law if it doesn't work. That way they wouldn't open themselves to prosecutions
December 28, 20169 yr Yes I did. That they didn't detain him in Germany was a disgrace, he's clearly a wrong un they had the evidence he was a criminal, it's not a great leap from being criminal, illegal immigrant and Muslim to think he might be a potential terrorist (Merckel should ensure anyone with this profile are dealt with securely locked away and deported) Liberal fuckers will think not, but there again it wasn't them murdered by this cunt. Happy to hear yours and ST counter argument.???? So in this thread you've suggested it was the open door policy that was the problem, it wasn't Then you said there was probably a cover up, there wasn't Now they should have changed the law so any wrong uns who are Muslims should be detained in case they are terrorists till their country rakes them back, however long that is When exactly should they have changed the law? And if germany should have done it, then every country should do the same so as not to be culpularble in the future Italy had him first so guess they are partly to blame as well Germany did what they could and kept him under surveillance but he did nowt to suggest he was a terrorist Clearly though Tunisia are the ones who let it get to this point by ignoring Italy and Germany's requests If they decide never to respond then folk stay locked up forever because they might be dodgy There's good reasons why most developed countries don't tend to do things like that and its not Merckels fault Anyway Think one thing the article does get right is that people who believe that what they FEEL is the truth must BE the truth It's not though, sometimes it is, but you were wrong twice already in this thread
December 28, 20169 yr Its the Daily Mirror. They and the Guardian would walk over hot coals in bare feet in order to deflect blame from where it ought to belong. Freedom of movement and lax security lies at the feet of Merkel and her EU cohorts. Its contribution to the recent atrocities in France, Belgium and now Germany cannot be swept undertake carpet. This article attempts to do just that. Edited December 29, 20169 yr by bgoefc

Doesn't sound like Tunisia was that bothered, so why not just fly the fucker straight back? So Tunisia were slow to produce a passport which would allow him to LEAVE a country which wanted to get rid of him? This really is fucked up. I get the bit about International Law but: 1. Put him on the plane anyway and worry about how long a passport takes once he's back on Tunisian soil. 2. If 1 is refused due to International Law then lock the fucker up until the passport turns up. EDIT = Just read TM Green Jacket's response. I agree with him. Edited December 28, 20169 yr by MickyD
December 28, 20169 yr So in this thread you've suggested it was the open door policy that was the problem, it wasn't OPEN BORDERS MEANT HE COULD TRAVEL ACROSS EUROPE. Then you said there was probably a cover up, there wasn't I SAID POSSIBLY A COVER UP. Now they should have changed the law so any wrong uns who are Muslims should be detained in case they are terrorists till their country rakes them back, however long that is LOCK HIM UP FOR COMMITING CRIMES OR DEPORT, EITHER WOULD SAVED LIFES. When exactly should they have changed the law? And if germany should have done it, then every country should do the same so as not to be culpularble in the future CHANGE LAW AS ABOVE. Italy had him first so guess they are partly to blame as well YES THEY ARE PARTLY YO BLAME. Germany did what they could and kept him under surveillance but he did nowt to suggest he was a terrorist THEY STOPPED IT, DID NOT LOCK HIM UP OR DEPORT HIM, IN SHORT DID FUCK ALL. Clearly though Tunisia are the ones who let it get to this point by ignoring Italy and Germany's requests IT DOES NOT EXCUSE ITALY OR GERMANY DOING NOTHING. If they decide never to respond then folk stay locked up forever because they might be dodgy DEPORT OR LOCK UP THATS THE CHOICE. There's good reasons why most developed countries don't tend to do things like that and its not Merckels fault I WiLL LET OTHER FOLK DECiDE THAT COME THE GERMAN ELECTIONS Anyway Think one thing the article does get right is that people who believe that what they FEEL is the truth must BE the truth It's not though, sometimes it is, but you were wrong twice already in this thread WRONG ONCE AND ONLY IF YOU CAN COUNT SOMETHING I DID NOT ANY TIME STATE AS FACT. December 28, 20169 yr German law currently doesn't permit them to detain a suspect beyond 24 hours but as i said earlier they should change the law if it doesn't work. That way they wouldn't open themselves to prosecutions And who has the power to assist the change the law? Auntie Angela. I don't doubt her reasons for allowing a million in were with good intentions but it wasn't really well thought out. For the mirror to absolve her and Germany of blame is piss poor leftist journalism. But then again it's the mirror, just as bad as the express.

For the mirror to absolve her and Germany of blame is piss poor leftist journalism. But then again it's the mirror, just as bad as the express. I am not saying that they shouldn't change the law regarding detention, if the Bundestag see it fit to do so then they should. it is not about leftism journalism it's about Merkel doing what she thought was morally right at the time. If 0.0001% of the refugees her government allow into the country prove to be terrorists then there is not a lot they can do other than monitor as other countries do. We hear of stories frequently of Brits living abroad murdering people and likewise in this country of other nationals doing the same but we don't react in the same way
December 29, 20169 yr The flip side to this argument is that allowing these refugees into Europe has meant that we've not had to deal with the consequences of inaction - ie the slaughter of a fuck load of innocent men, women and children in Syria.

For the mirror to absolve her and Germany of blame is piss poor leftist journalism. But then again it's the mirror, just as bad as the express. The detention rules and the decision to let 1m in are two separate issues The latter doesn't relate to the guy who did the market They could have detained him for a month he would still have been out and able to do this when he did If you think it's her fault for not changing the law at some point in the past to hold detain folk indefinitely till deported then we're all probably at risk as I doubt any/many other countries do that or will change the law in light of this, so presumably theresa may is putting us all at risk till she does something If we must lay blame on a person/country for this, unless Merkel changed a law that previously did detain folk indefinitely till deported can't see how it's not Tunisia's fault for not doing what they should have done

December 29, 20169 yr Merkel told the world that Germany would welcome refugues, basically turning the tap on. Then shortly decided they had as many as they wanted and started to turn them away leaving less resourced countries to deal with the human flow the Germans had caused. Typical German behaviour, like getting fatter on the back of a decade long export boom from the Euro making their products artificially cheaper then refusing to tip up when the scheisse hit the fan.

Spot on. Said Merkel was an idiot at the time and there is no doubt in my mind that she is culpable for the Berlin murders. At the end of the day, it makes no difference what I think or anyone else on here thinks for that matter. The German electorate will give their verdict at the next election and I am predicting that Merkel will be consigned to history as a leader who failed her people.

Those with no previous record are at liberty to travel. If they go and are found to have been fighting they are arrested upon return. Seems sensible. Attempts to strengthen laws with regard to this would be welcome.
December 29, 20169 yr Erm that might be because they aren't intentionally undertaking or planning mass murder in the name of a stone age belief system. Just for future reference - the stone age ended around 2000BC.

December 29, 20169 yr Just for future reference - the stone age ended around 2000BC. If he had meant it literally then he would have capitalised "Stone Age". bgoefc may well be a middle aged bigot but his grammar is usually on point.
December 29, 20169 yr Just for future reference - the stone age ended around 2000BC. You are right, I stand corrected. Stone age people used to worship rocks, trees, sun and moon. It is completely disrespectful to them for me to smear them with anything Islamic.

December 31, 20169 yr http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-38473936 No apologies from her for the people who've died been maimed and the women who have been raped, does she think she's the queen?
