The person originally "caught" turns out to be the wrong guy, giving the real guy quite a head start

 

The Tunisian fella was caught and shot in Milan and had travel documents on him saying he moved from Berlin, through the rest of Germany, into France and then to Italy.

He'll no doubt have had multiple passports and/or ID Cards, plus a network of folk helping him.

Travelling in mainland Europe is pretty easy, it's not like they can roadblock every single road

We crossed from Belgium into France yesterday, temporary road block set up using concrete blocks loads of armed police stood there flagging everyone through because there was a big tale back

Flew into Alicante this afternoon via Norwegian air where we were taken to the Schengen border gate, we walked in without passports being shown, been over here loads of times never crossed the Schengen border before. Must say it was very quick and better than going through passport control but it's utter madness in my opinion especially with what's going on in the world today.

That they didn't detain him in Germany was a disgrace, he's clearly a wrong un they had the evidence he was a criminal, it's not a great leap from being criminal, illegal immigrant and Muslim to think he might be a potential terrorist (Merckel should ensure anyone with this profile are dealt with securely locked away and deported) Liberal fuckers will think not, but there again it wasn't them murdered by this cunt. He was claiming asylum in Germany which was rejected and it was only because Tunisia had delayed the issuing of a passport that he hadn't been deported. Germany had done everything within its power so why is Merkel responsible for something she had no control over. If you're suggesting that governments now flout international law and just stick people on planes back home then there would be chaos around the world. You are sounding more like that racist Trump with every post.

Detain him for his criminal activities it's not rocket science, the alternative is to let your citizens be at risk of death, not happy your now comparing me to a racist, this is nothing about racism and all about protecting citizens. If international law is preventing deportations and causing deaths of innocents by protecting criminals and terrorists, then its fucked and in cases like this should be flouted until it changes. Doesn't sound like Tunisia was that bothered, so why not just fly the fucker straight back?

If the law is an ass then change the law. You can't just make up your own rules and not expect to have complete chaos when others do the same.
