There's Elk Mill retail park at the roundabout at the bottom of the dual carriageway just below the ground. Think you are OK if you park at the bottom of the retail park down near PC World, Can't remember seeing any parking restrictions there? Could be a bit of a shitter getting out though after the match.  

 

There's also a Tesco at the roundabout at the top of the dual carriageway after you pass the ground on your left but no idea about parking restrictions. You might get street parking around that Tesco and the Floors-2-go, Aldi, etc but bit of a dodgy area tbh
