April 5, 20179 yr Agree entirely. With the pressure off (hopefully) they might be more relaxed and play some really good stuff in front of another decent crowd. Could only be good for getting more folk back in next season.
April 5, 20179 yr I think it'll be 23k+ at full price tenner won't happen. One for Malc - what's the prize money for 1st and 2nd place in division 3 these days?
April 5, 20179 yr Im resident in Tenerife, but flying back for this. Whats the chance of getting a ticket?
April 5, 20179 yr Last day of season, and we finally got something to cheer about, 25k I think, and Peterborough will bring a few
April 5, 20179 yr I think it'll be 23k+ at full price tenner won't happen. One for Malc - what's the prize money for 1st and 2nd place in division 3 these days? Hope you're right, but there's been a lot of away games to pay for, and promotion celebration should have happened already. A price incentive wouldn't go amiss.
April 5, 20179 yr Im resident in Tenerife, but flying back for this. Whats the chance of getting a ticket? No chance of a sell out even if they gave them away. Go on line nearer the time and buy for self-printing.
April 5, 20179 yr Can we only do so many ticket promotions per season? Edited April 5, 20179 yr by Horwich
April 5, 20179 yr Can we only do so many ticket promotions per season? Looking at the Chesterfield Forum last week when they were whinging about our fans paying a fiver and theres paying fifteen, someone pointed out that a club can run a local offer such as the one on Saturday a maximum of four times per season. Not sure what number the Chesterfield game was.

April 5, 20179 yr I'm sure I heard someone say the club didn't want the extra expense of a large police presence caused by larger numbers of travelling supporters.
April 5, 20179 yr I agree with them to be fair. £15 is cheap but why not do it for them as wellsame here remember when Middlesbrough did it to us few years back
April 5, 20179 yr same here remember when Middlesbrough did it to us few years backYep I fucked it off. They are entitled to charge what they want. Like I'm entitled to sack it off. I think we did it for Boro at home and let the away fans on it. Much more dignified
April 5, 20179 yr To be fair people on here said we would get 16/17k for Chesterfield, and got almost 24k with vjust a couple hundred away fans. This game is on a bank holiday weekend as well,
April 6, 20179 yr I don't understand why there is a limit? Bradford offer ST's for about 3p all season don't they. Away fans don't pay what they pay.
April 6, 20179 yr Suppose if you did shit loads of offers season ticket holders would feel pissed off I guess
April 6, 20179 yr If you did shit loads of offers folk may also not buy season tickets and go more down the pick and choose route Not me Some might though If you're going to look at increasing sales by offers, beyond 3 or 4 match day offers the next step would have to be via STS, like Bradford do
April 6, 20179 yr Cup games included would do for me. Suppose they can't risk not making dough on a whopper at home though.
April 6, 20179 yr Keep ticket prices the same but offer a free pint voucher as you go through the turnstiles. Gets my vote.
April 6, 20179 yr Keep ticket prices the same but offer a free pint voucher as you go through the turnstiles. Gets my vote. You seem to forget the club get the venue from the gate receipts but for food and drink they don't get the full 100% so doing that hits the vendor.
