October 23, 20178 yr Cheers And no problem with that Tbh I'd have more time for em if they all had the bollocks to resign and take their chances of re election Thats not a bad call, not sure if you can so that though within the Trust rules. As there would be a chance of completely new board without any experience that might be not ideal situation. Edited October 24, 20178 yr by Mounts Kipper
October 23, 20178 yr Thars not a bad call, not sure if you can so that though within the Trust rules. As there would be a chance of completely new board without any experience that might be not ideal situation. It needs to change to work. This isn’t like buying a sand bag when the water hits your plug sockets
October 23, 20178 yr Thars not a bad call, not sure if you can so that though within the Trust rules. As there would be a chance of completely new board without any experience that might be not ideal situation. They could agree to step down in say six months and then stand for re election
October 23, 20178 yr What's maggie tetlows history? Her dad, Brian, was a former Bolton Conservative Councillor. She was schooled at St Annes, Harwood. I used to attend Harwood Youth Club with her as teenagers and, if I'm honest, didn't know she was such a big Bolton fan. I've attended thousands of games both at Burnden, Reebok and Macron and many away games. I don't recall seeing her at any. Big fan? I honestly don't know.

I've never seen her, either, but that doesn't really concern me However if there's some telling fibs going on, that would The last thing we need is some pashun types running the show
October 23, 20178 yr I've never seen her, either, but that doesn't really concern me However if there's some telling fibs going on, that would The last thing we need is some pashun types running the show My point about not seeing her was that I was good enough friends with her for either one of us to "let on" if I saw her or she saw me. I don't recall that happening. I'm sure the number of games I've attended and she claims to have attended, that wouldn't be the case.

October 24, 20178 yr I'm not standing, enough of my time goes on this place, and there would also be a clear conflict of interest. Got the email on Saturday and didn't bother posting it. It's not an election, three undemocratically incumbents will remain. Fuck off Kim Jong Izza.
October 24, 20178 yr I ve seen her as well but only in the reebok years . She is either in Luciano s or used to go in Starbucks before the match . Stalker alert !!! So if you only tend to frequent the pubs you might not see her. Other than that I know fuck all about her.
October 24, 20178 yr conflict of interest. Also my immediate acceptance of this means I'm overqualified morally.
October 24, 20178 yr I'd be happy to support anyone standing with a "shut the fucker down" stance. Send the diggers in
October 24, 20178 yr You might of been terrace Waller and her a stands waller. Maybe so but the outside bit is a general area on all grounds. Regarding the pub v coffee shop pint, same applies.

October 26, 20178 yr According to the Join page>>> Individual Trust Membership 1 × £10.00 / year ....1 off fee. Edited October 26, 20178 yr by burnden
October 26, 20178 yr What's the point? Not enough people will stand, they've already extended the deadline.
October 26, 20178 yr What's the point? Not enough people will stand, they've already extended the deadline. I don't know if the Trust have had anyone wishing to stand but seems like there's not been great take up as they've extended the deadline, as with things like this apathy often wins out and it's left to same old faces. Let's hope that some fresh blood does come on board with new and alternative ideas and views and some fresh impetus. Edited October 26, 20178 yr by Mounts Kipper

Let's hope that some fresh blood does come on board with new and alternative ideas and views and some fresh impetus. I guess if nobody comes forward, then we get what we deserve as regards a Trust. Whilst I don't like what they are currently doing, and also don't fully understand what use they actually are, I like most people clearly don't care enough to try and change it......... As Mounts says, apathy will win as usual (and this isn't something that's exclusive to Bolton fans)
October 26, 20178 yr The Trust will use the apathy to claim a mandate, saying it shows people are to let them carry on as they are.
October 26, 20178 yr Why try and change something when you will be out voted at board level by the 3 bellends already in charge
October 26, 20178 yr Author Why try and change something when you will be out voted at board level by the 3 bellends already in charge because you can be on the board and speak as a board member stating what set of cnuts you think they are, if you think that, obvs Lies loves to quote trust members carries much more weight than chunnering on here
October 26, 20178 yr I reckon we should send in a trojan horse to get on the board. Few hundred votes should win it, should easily be able to get that off here. I nominate Bi E. He can stay at his birds house more often after the board meetings. Win win. Edited October 26, 20178 yr by stevieb
