Thats not a bad call, not sure if you can so that though within the Trust rules. As there would be a chance of completely new board without any experience that might be not ideal situation.

My point about not seeing her was that I was good enough friends with her for either one of us to "let on" if I saw her or she saw me. I don't recall that happening. I'm sure the number of games I've attended and she claims to have attended, that wouldn't be the case.

I don't know if the Trust have had anyone wishing to stand but seems like there's not been great take up as they've extended the deadline, as with things like this apathy often wins out and it's left to same old faces. Let's hope that some fresh blood does come on board with new and alternative ideas and views and some fresh impetus.

I guess if nobody comes forward, then we get what we deserve as regards a Trust. Whilst I don't like what they are currently doing, and also don't fully understand what use they actually are, I like most people clearly don't care enough to try and change it.........

 

As Mounts says, apathy will win as usual (and this isn't something that's exclusive to Bolton fans)

The Trust will use the apathy to claim a mandate, saying it shows people are to let them carry on as they are.
