I have no issues with taking our fair share of immigrants who've come through the official channels and numbers that we can limit unilaterally or are agreed internationally. My comments were aimed at immigrants who've entered any country illegally.

That's up to our government to reinforce border controls increase checks on lorries etc. I'll also add the million plus or so illegals that are in Germany at some stage will be given EU passports then they'd be free to come to the UK if we were still in the EU.
