The disgraced former PM is cashing in on his disastrous time in No10 with the role at the Daily Mail.

But he has failed to get permission from the appointments watchdog, Acoba.

Under the ministerial code, former ministers must seek clearance from the Advisory Committee on Business Appointments before accepting any new roles within two years of leaving office.

It was only whilst watching the news this week where they had the Lib-Dem leader campaigning to strip BoJo of his ex-Prime Minister payment of £150k/annum for life that I’d even heard that anyone who had ever been PM was entitled to.
