Since BLM we have had plenty of racism incidents in UK sport, not least the Rashford abuse. To try and mis represent players reasons for taking the knee is being in denial that there is a problem and is very disingenuous.

Can you define plenty. And for the 3rd time what/where was the rise in abuse in sport around the world that made a minority take action? 
 

I mean in the link I posted there’s a player running around with a George Floyd statement under his top but apparently it’s to do with racism in sport.

How the fuck is it whataboutery. People have claimed that players took the knee because of racism in sport. Where was this racism in 2020 and what sports. Why the sudden movement. We know KIO, news channels, football clubs etc have said it’s because of BLM/GF but apparently rashford and Saka and a few on here say it’s something else.

What’s 2016 for to do with anything, British footballers players took the knee straight after Floyd was killed and in direct response to his murder, if racism was really the catalyst it would have started in 2016.  Gullible describes precisely your position.
