When our players were doing it last season, why do you think they were doing it?

Do you think it was for George Floyd, in support of the Black Lives Matter movement ... or as a show against racism?

It started in response to Floyd then when it was clearly seen to be a stupid action and BLM were outed as a dangerous and anarchist organisation they decided to save clueless and easily manipulated players from embarrassment and make it an anti racist protest rather than a Floyd BLM matter. Only the gullible fell for it and some like london white are still pissing  against the wind trying to justify it.

We aren’t talking about last season.

You started to call mounts a tit because he said the knee was taken up because of GF.

Literally a few posts later you never denied GF role in this.

You’ve also said it was started by the NFL but can be seen before this (whatever the fuck that means) then brought Trump into it.

Surely you can’t get this pissed so soon after school? Are you ok?

🤣🤣🤣

You can't beat a RW summary of events from his perspective. You sure it's me who needs to read??? I called Mounts a tit because he brought the whole argument back up via some nutjob from the Reclaim Party. I then laughed at the argument that nobody even considered taking the knee in sport pre GFs murder (read the replies lad) 👍

There's a whole fckn history of black players taking the knee in sport 🤣 So yes, it was daft for Mounts (or anyone) to say it was soley in solidarity with GF with no wider context or other historical influences.

Here's some light reading for you What is the history of taking the knee? Origins of the anti-racism gesture – and why England players do it (inews.co.uk)

And yes, black sports men and women protesting goes back further. Did you not know that? Do you not remember when Trump and half of the NFL had a big row?

You'll be telling me all this is irrelevant now, because football and NFL aren't the same so there is no link 😁 There's no wider context in your mind mate, no understanding of what a catalyst is. You're a proper simpleton x

Ahhhhhhhh of course. Because anybody who had an issue with the murder of GF and wanted things to change was also blindly supporting BLM? Is that your actual argument here?

You have even highlighted it. Mounts, unless I’m wrong is blatantly talking about players over here as that’s what’s the discussion is about.

Who are these players over here who considered taking the knee pre GF. Name me 5? Because this is what you’re claiming.

You’re having a mare here gump 😂IMG_8728.thumb.png.5477f87f0c8addac17594cb7cac71a30.png

Nope my point was that it started because Floyd was killed by cops and wasn’t at first a gesture against racism. Find it strange I have to keep pointing this out repeatedly to you.

That wasn't your point 😂 Your point was that it was nonsense and achieved fuck all. Then you started rabbiting on about GF.

We all know GFs murder was catalyst... it's bonkers you think people don't. It's like your arguing with your own head mate.

Ahh we’ve got there in the end… you agree it started as a gesture to support Floyd, a violent criminal, druggie and thief.

Yes mate... Thanks for educating me. I apologise for getting in such a muddle. It was all a conspiracy to support a black guy on meth. No historical context, no wider social issues of racism or police brutality.

Here's a whole fckn team of footballers showing their support for the NFL campaign
German soccer players ‘take a knee’ in solidarity with NFL players - National | Globalnews.ca

Clearly there was a debate happening and players were aware of the issue.

Who's having a mare ? 🤣

Do you really think players were indifferent to the issue pre GF ? You're not that narrow minded no? You'll be telling me it's irrelevant next because the players play in Germany 🤣 That nobody over here knew or though anything right?

Right on cue tyring to crawl out of that one 😂😂🤣

You quoting yourself now pal?

Some of those players played in English football. English footballers were talking about it at the time as well.

Are you honestly arguing that nobody over here supported the NFL protest 4 years before GFs murder? Because even by your standards that would be some ignorance.

yes I’m quoting myself just to remind you what we country we are talking about.

You’ve picked one team out of thousands who did anything which was in Germany, not fkin England were we are talking about. And if I was a Berlin fan I’d be asking why the fuck are we getting involved in Americas problems. All very weird.

You need an early night petal x

Because racism only exists in America 🤣🤣😂Your finest moment there.

gets even better the more you crawl.

No English teams don't see the news.... they're too busy discussing Fifa ratings. In fact when GF was murdered it's pretty much a guarantee that was the first time they'd even discussed police brutality and wider racism issues. Simples.

Did you read your link?

The action was intended to show solidarity with NFL players who have been protesting police treatment of blacks and social injustice in the U.S. by kneeling, sitting or locking arms through the anthem before games.

You even said they were supporting NFL teams 😂😂😂

Dime bar

Ahhhhh sorry, yes that proves it then 👍 there's your solid evidence 🤣

It was an issue only for the U.S. It didn't grow into anything else after GFs murder brought these issues back into the mainstream. No country is influenced by anything that happens abroad. Only things that happen in one country effect that country and we shouldn't concern ourselves with anything overseas. Ethnic minorities don't suffer racist abuse in sport and outside of sport over here. They never have. They just made it all up because they were scared people thought they were BLM loving communists.

The irony of a lad who joins the fckn military saying that other people shouldn't concern themselves with another countries problem 😂

Egg fucking zackerly it’s called using my experience. Something you clearly lack.

So let’s get it right they showed solidarity with yanks, mainly NFL teams because of something that’s happening in their country (Germany) you’re digging some hole here. Fantastic to Watch. How long did this movement last and did anybody else join it from the German league.

You've reached whole new levels of whatboutery here. 🤣

It's really not that hard to grasp. The debate and issues were around long before GF was murdered and BLM hijacked the cause. You really think players had no idea about the NFL movement or experiences of racism themselves ? You've dodged the question twice now love. x

Wasn’t it Boris? Complete vanity project, none of it should ever have been signed off. Anyhow it’ll decimate what’s left of the red wall that had turned blue.
