Because when spider asked what happens cheese replied “they get sent back if their claims are illegitimate” so one he didn’t answer spiders question  correctly and 2 his answer was wrong (surprise surprise). Now if Cheese thinks “they get sent back” that would mean they would go straight away otherwise they’re back in the system. What, at this point, do you think happens if they’re going back in the system?
