Labour have done a hell of a lot in a short space of time given the circumstances they inherited. If you think Farage is interested in benefitting the working classes, you are deluded beyond my comprehension.

Yes and Trump for paedophilia and the Brexit referendum result reversed. Might as well go for the impossible trifecta.

Sent 2 back today.👏 (The French will send us 2 that they don’t want)

Meanwhile, an estimated 800 have arrived today. It’s all becoming a bit farcical.

I don’t think you believe that.

What would you do, if you were in charge?

It’s inevitable.

Putin will go after a Baltic state at some point (Estonia probably) and that will drag nato into it. And every fucker else.

the world needs rid of Putin as soon as we can.

Oh. That’s a surprise innit.

Why do we have to bring these boats and occupants to our shore?

Why can't we take them back to the beach they came from as unwanted flotsam?

If the gendarms get a bit shitty we can always have an escorting frigate as a "safety" escort... Trump style.

About time we had a fracas with the froggies,  they are in turmoil the moment... as usual

I met a real lefty once.
I’ve met many people in my life with all political persuasions but this guy was the real deal.

He was a draughtsman at Hicks so on a pretty good wage. He chose not to own a house and lived in a council property. He also chose not to own a car or anything materialistic. He had a beard and corduroy trousers and a cardigan. (Stereotype) He came to work on a bike in the summer and the bus in winter.
When I was the union rep for the technical section of the AUEW, I tried to negotiate flexible working and discounted private healthcare for my fellow workers. He was not happy and gave me a lecture using his pointed finger to emphasise his point. I was totally against everything he stood for and at the same time totally respected his principled views.
I’ve never met a lefty since that wasn’t a hypocrite.

Had to smile at the assumption that Reform will take us back in time whilst this government is doing the same thing. Borrowing through the roof. (£18 billion this month. Highest August figure since COVID ) Borrowing costs up, jobs lost, gdp flat and inflation rising.

Back to the 70’s. Debt crisis looming, strikes, government infighting and a delayed budget that will no doubt lead to a winter of discontent.

It were great though. Loved the seventies. 👍

It's a good job Labour haven't had to deal with a global pandemic, a breakout of a European war and the start up of Brexit.

Not that it matters.

If Reform win ... @Cheese will be able to piss his sides laughing at how shitter it is ...  whilst not noticing any difference to his life.

He'll be on here criticising everything and how shit the country is.

He'll have a right laugh 😃

I am genuinely looking forward to it. It's going to be piss funny.

He'd spout piss and wind on here for hours, then scream when his mate's house is devalued by his own HMO choice.

Wouldn't last 2 minutes in the old days before the net
