Plenty more examples over the years of dodgy dealings.

Imagine this lot, whichever party they are, running the country...

Same same but different as the Thais would say.

This council is a flagship for Reform and all eyes will be on it. They need to be seen to smash it.

And this one's not dodgy dealings to be fair - it's just 5 or 6 people who sound like they belong on a PTA meeting at best arguing incoherent nonsense at each other.

Apart from the Welsh Reform leader taking money from the Russians.

And I’ve still no doubt that Farage will be exposed soon enough

If he's done something he shouldn't have, then he'll be exposed, there is no doubt about that, as there is certainly plenty of digging being done. Every journalist wants to be the one to bring Farage crashing down

Not if you work for The Express, The Mail, The Times, The Sun, GB News, etc.

The Reform leader for Wales admitted taking bribes from Russia and what did they report about that?

I don't doubt it, but I also have no doubt many of his fans will double down on their support for him, and claim it's all a conspiracy. In a similar way to how Trumps support base work. Like Trump, I suspect that Farage will be very Teflon like, no matter what's thrown at him

I always thought there is no way a Trump type populist politician would ever succeed over here - that the UK electorate are not as gullible, that the UK media aren’t completely politicised, that moral standards in public life still matter, and as a nation overall we are still (mostly) tolerant and compassionate to fellow citizens.

Sad to say I have my doubts these days…. Think there’s a real risk that self-serving chancers such as Farage backed by rich elites and malign overseas actors can manipulate public opinion through blatant lies and demonising sections of society as the source of all ills. I hope I’m wrong.

It all started with that cunt Johnson, and it's got worse, and will continue to get worse for a while longer yet I suspect

Rich elites?

Have a look who funds Starmer and Blair.

Why pick on one to try and make a point?

Why is one self serving and others not?

What is your definition of self serving?

I doubt any prime minister had ever achieved the status of party leader without financial support of some type or other.

Whether that be unions, wealthy individuals, or both.

Well if you look at the Register of Interests, Starmer is mainly "funded" by Arsenal Football Club, who let him use their matchday hospitality a few times a season.

Farage on the other hand...

With plenty more to come, I suspect.

I see concrete grower Mike Graham is regretting a drunken, racist tweet and claiming he's been hacked.  Hmm.

Lord David Sainsbury is a big donor of Labour both under Blair and Starmer (he suspended backing in Corbyn's years).

The problem with Farage and other smaller mainly right leaning parties they obtain unconventional funding via Bitcoin that is not declared and is difficult to trace.

Plenty on here (and out in the wider world) will agree with his "hacked" post anyway.
