Wanderers 1-3 Preston

Gazing a little bit further down the line here, but what do you learned folk think the chances are of them re-arranging the home game against Preston on March 3?

Bearing in mind they've already moved Boro v Leeds to the Friday night and Wolves v Reading to Saturday evening so Sky/EFL have had a rummage through that weekend's fixtures already... but could our game still be moved for police advice, how late did they leave it in advance of the away game before moving it?

For me biggest game of season this. Win this and all those bottom teams will shit their pants as they’ll realise we’re staying up. Couldn’t be more proud of players and manager for sticking together a

Can't see them moving it on police advice. I could only think sky would change it but theres no reason why it should be moved

No chance.

No chance and sky surely won’t want another exciting bolton and pne game

Wonder if it's their gentry day again??

No worries about the police given they were happy enough to play the away game on a Friday, and as you say Sky seem to have made their choices.

Confirmed

Confirmed

Kind of defeats the object doing it for a local game, I’d have thought. Would have thought they’d do it for a London game each year or summat like that rather than one down the road.

Wonder if trains are back on for this

Haha their fans voted for it but their fans are booting off about the decision.

It's a proper shit ground for a piss up is our place, never get the appeal for a jolly.

They'll just flood Chorley.

Great news we should get a decent crowd and I’m going with couple of Preston fans might even have beer in Chorley before and after myself. I’m actually now looking forward to a home game. That’s if trains are on?

Doubt you'll see weekend trains until the end of the year

That’s a ridiculous price, however nice one Ken fuck the deluded nob end wankers.

They are going mental and it’s ace. Shame it would be a nice crowd but fuck em

correct, a rear one

How much cheaper are the Sunderland and QPR games? Then they’ve got to get there as well, doubt they’ll take more than 1k to any of the alternative games.

Is there an argument to say those that who only go when it’s £20/£25 are more likely to spend a skin full on beer?

And therefore you’d actually make more from total sales at the lower price

No. people going will drink the same. look at the london whites. they will drink 14 pints at london prices no matter how much the ticket is (apart from garp obviously as he is "Working")

I think so. £35 is too much end of though.

Instead of ballooning on twitter though just don't go if you don't want to pay it though. I have a ceiling on what I think championship games are worth and I wouldn't pay that
