When we pressed them they opened us up! They wanted to draw us out. Just frustrating that we got drawn out when we were leading.

If you have eyes and watch games you wouldn’t. There is no need to. And it opens our midfield up. Our problem today was not scoring goals. It was being too open in the middle at 2-1.

We had a massive whopping opportunity to go for it today

2 - 2 flattered us, so you'd take it, despite getting 2 ahead. Bringing ALF on at that point is mind boggling.

Happy with 2-2 could easily have lost that happy to hang on for the point.

I'd have taken 2-2 at start but then, having witnessed the worst most one sided ref since Barry the Bastard, I reckon 2-2 is a great result. In fact, I was surprised he acknowledged the goal-line technology rather than ignore it.

The booking for dangerous play when Vela kicked the lad in the head (which was waist level) was absolute bollocks. As was his "not seeing" the rugby tactics of Brizzle.

Bringing ALF on a mistake. Should have shut up shop at 2-1.

 

Thought it was encouraging in many ways. Not sure it’s same old at all. We have a striker who is doing the job. Look better in midfield. Bristol played well but we still could have won. Decent enough start. Ahead of expectation.

He rolled over and almost got lucky.

Impressed with Mcgennis Lowe & the polish lad .Bristol were better , we were lucky to be two up but heyho we took our chances

& move on.Vela was poor & O'neil massively ferked up for their second goal.

From a stats point of view and the views of 2 people at the game ( I wasn't) they were the better team and it was a point gained rather than 2 lost.

 

4 points from those 2 fixtures is very encouraging. Got 3 good games to pick up points coming up and turn it into a great start.
