I’d imagine that rules around taking kids away during term time are out of the window now, certainly for this / next year

What about the Insurance aspect though? god forbid you go to Spain and get Covid that requires treatment, your not covered and can’t use the Spanish health service for free as we are no longer in the EU - could get very expensive

Can still use EHIC until the end of the year https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-44850972

“As it stands British travellers would not be able to visit Spain for a holiday, as the Foreign Office still advises against all but essential travel. It also remains to be seen whether the UK’s own quarantine policy will still be in place come July.”

I'm looking at Spain in November, and Portugal in October. But I'm not booking anything at the moment.

I really don't fancy going some place where everybody is walking round in masks, and social distancing is still a priority.

What's my chances?

Jet 2 cancelled my 29th june trip yesterday. Have requested a re-book for 2021 (same dates & hotel).

No update yet on my mid sept jolly to Benalmadina. Will see how the land lies.
