Cheeky cunt.

One, just.

That’s a full half more than me!

I'm pretty strong in the arms/legs department. Rest of me is fucked, mind.

Still get the occasional message asking if I’ll do PT sessions it’s a bit difficult these days because I’m busy but two guys I’ve had two enquiries in the last 6 months who when I ask one of the first questions “what’s your end goal” they have said Brad Pitt in fight club. I mean I love their optimism

Busy posting titpics on WW, mauling about with a moped and building a bar from old pallets.

Proper pulled out, mate.

Now that I can do

3.2 pounds lost this week. Feeling a little guilty that I didn’t start this MUCH earlier in the lockdown, but the exercise is becoming more regular, treats are staying on shelves and my clothes are starting to fit much better. Going to try and stay within limits this weekend (no booze) with the aim to ‘earn’ a chippy on Friday.

25th consecutive day of running today. Over 215km in total. And ping. Knee went today at 9km on a half marathon attempt. Soldiered on for another 3km. Foolishly. Think it’s now fucked! Gutted.

Start a thread. I need inspiration for my own project.

I've not built one, but a mate of mine has.

Made the mistake of weighing myself today and 6 weeks of no gym or footie plus drinking for England has meant I've put a stone on, but I have a solution....I shan't be weighing myself again for the foreseeable future.

This is fucking killing me. I work from home anyway so you would think I have it sussed.

No.

The bastard kids arguing all fucking day then mithering them to actually do some bastard school work then sending them to their rooms for being dicks. It is all getting to me.

I am drinking like a fish and am seriously stressed.

On Monday I am dusting off the bike, with a bit of luck I will fall into the canal

Getting out and doing some exercise has been the key thing keeping me sane through all this, find it really helps me switch off and makes me more productive for the rest of the day, it really does help

I don't think the general public realise how bad this virus is affecting us homeworkers.

We WFH every day in peace, getting on with it etc, but now the house is full of people & noise.

Good place around here is the Filling Factory at Buckshaw village, they have a great bar area with furniture made from pallets..

I have a couple of photos but it won't let me upload them.

Try them on Trip Advisor though - they have a few decent pix.
