Apologies if I'm missing something here - but how on earth does Anderson get away with his claim of non receipt.

I thought that the only reason the court gave an extension, was on the basis of a lawyer representing Anderson stating in court that he (Anderson) had an agreement in principle, heads of terms agreed etc. with a interested party who had agreed to pay of all debts before 3rd April.

How can he now turn around and say he only found out about this last week ?
