I trust my sources and I personally know some of them  - they would not have got to being the named party in Court two  weeks ago  and would have been dismissed out of hand by ED trustees and the other secured creditors and indeed KA If they did not have the necessary funding behind them

They have sufficient funds

Sorry if I've missed it or if you're not allowed to say.

Are your group the same ones mentioned in the BN article earlier today?

If Howard's a life-long fan and he represents a group of seriously wealthy people who aren't getting control of the club for the sake of about £2m, how will he/she feel if that amount of money is the difference between a sale and liquidation?

Just asking for a friend who isn't bright enough to do joined up typing, hence he stays on Facebook.

£2M shouldn’t be bandied around like it’s insignificant, it’s £2M more than the club is worth. The blame would continue to land solely at the feet of KA.

What do you think my purpose is? Genuine question.

I'm not trying to skew anything, he might be getting at something but his questions aren't exactly out of line with other questions asked. I've already said before, I have no problem with you or what you've been saying, in fact I've already said it's been interesting and a lot of what you've said seems to add up.

It's just bizarre that someone who claims to have proven themselves multiple times with what they've said is unhappy that people are asking for more info. Surely that means you're doing something right?

The judge meeting with Ken or even today in general was the day you've been saying to expect news by. The day before you come with a reason that we won't hear anything today because Ken has slimed his way out again. That's fine, we all know what Ken's like, but the fact you are getting annoyed by questions trying to get some idea of what has gone on today like it's a personal attack seems ridiculous.

I assume everybody’s purpose is to further their own interests and fire their own passions.

I know Benny

He's no fantasist

Just an odd bugger who supports the whites

Odd bugger ? Well I suppose not many people would go all the way  to Eastleigh just to have a beer with you ....

Sorry, I've become a bit confused here, I wonder if you clarify please.

Are you saying

- Gaspard is linked to the consortium you are working with and are by your understanding are the ones referred to in court two weeks ago,

- or are you saying you have heard of them but as far as you know they aren't part of the consortium you have been working with - and yours is the one mentioned in court,

- or as far as you know Gaspard isn't part of your consortium but were the one mention in court.

Many thanks.

I am not working with the consortium directly - I am not part of the consortium -  I have assisted in various ways over a period of 2 years introducing people I know who have been able to assist in putting this proposal together - that's all

My understanding is that Gaspard are the party named in Court two weeks ago as being  in discussions with KA

In the wider sense of football and the type of people supposedly interested in the club, £2m isn't actually a massive amount.

But you didn't answer my question.

Well I have no interest or passion in discrediting you. I just find it odd that some questions, like Casino's (just an example) about the judge meeting and if it is reported is fine, but someone else asking is trying to get at something. I'll be as clear as I can for you now. From what you've said so far and from what we've seen, I don't have any issues with you or things you've said. It also doesn't mean I won't ask questions or keep an eye out for your updates. My questions are usually because clarification would be helpful or because something doesn't make sense or add up to me.

Hopefully this will come off at least they support the club and if they can access funds will be safest bet to take us forward

Appreciate the update. Any news on whether or not they'll be there tomorrow to try and get a deal done if liquidation is on the cards?

I disagree entirely, it’s staff wages for 6 months.

I don’t believe that the success of an individual (in terms of fiscal position) should mean they are expected to take financial gambles that others would not.

I’d be disappointed as we all would, but there are only so many times a business can go down this road, I personally believe a full reset can work well and deliver a more sustainable, fan driven future.

Has Darren finally banked all those 2p pieces and lodged a bid?

Ken is spinning, isn't he? Didn't the £472K he spent on Holdsworth's shares come out of his £525K consultancy fee?

Any more on the factored money moved from BWFC to ICIL? How much  and when?

Was the £2m offer based on ICIL repaying it and, if so, when?

They ‘somebody else’ has never asked a question before nor been involved in this forum. I had answered the question previously also.

I think fanny5 asked/told KA,ED and Fergie all combined how it works....so that surely includes the bellend as well :D

Not a dig at you or them, but I would much rather non-Bolton fans with money than Bolton fans without it.

I do not know whether they have money, you are suggesting Gaspard has got significant funding behind them, others suggest they are moonmen. Not sure what to believe.

Honestly though, anyone who is going to try and take the club forward gets a yes from me at this stage. Whatever happens I'm sure tomorrow will open and close a few doors and that brings us closer to some form of conclusion.

In my mind, the best situation tomorrow is that we get sold to someone who isn't Ken Anderson 2.0 or get a delay that allows H's men to come in.

Liquidation hasn't been 100% ruled out but sounds unlikely from H's assertions. That will do for me for now.

Latest update: Howard v SilentBob

Howard: Ken ... injunction ... chambers ...

Someone: prove it

Howard: fuck off

SilentBob ... I've honestly no fucking idea, lost the will to live half an hour ago

Top tip - skip everything that's silentbob quoting howard or vice versa.

Let's get back to asking Howard the same questions about likelihood, seems exciting now in retrospect.

Yeah, I figured that might be the case, but you told me to ignore you earlier because I basically said I thought the reason for delay on Ken's part was trivial.

Most of us all want the same thing and that's a future for the club.
