My understanding is they can recall the shares today, but H thinks that Ken will put up a fight on that front

52 x £62,500 =£3,250,000 per annum

Which planet do you come from that has 52 months in a year?

So basically we could be put under embargo next season because Anderson is playing games, knowing full well he's not going to be here next season. So the fans pay for him to sneak a few extra quid for himself, cunt.

It would be an Internet provider aka ISP and it would be very easy for them to temporarily stop the Internet connection from their end.

An ISP is very different to an IT provider. ISP will terminate service very quickly for non payment.

What company supplies Bolton with "IT"? Also how do an IT supply company (who one assumes manages systems and networks) "turn off the internet"?

No Idea who supplies BWFC, but I've done it many times to customers who haven't paid.

Don't think the cavalry will becoming over the hill

@Chris Custodiet Genuine question: I remember when Howard showed up you were extremely skeptical, but a few pages ago it seemed like you were defending part of his information? Just curious as to what made you feel that part of his claims were genuine -- or maybe I've completely misread the thread.

London, 26th January, Somerstown Coffee House if you must know.

You miss the point though, the prospectus aside (as the nature of that is propaganda)  KA's trying to sell, but he's fucking everyone off, out of his depth playing with the big boys who see through his charade and know that they just need to wait... His actions and demands have driven away people who may have invested, because...  he's a cunt

You're right about one thing though, he needs to sell, his record and what any accountant worth there salt will "allegedly"  find in an adminstration/liquidation situation goes one way for him, her majesties pleasure....

I'll not slag him off for taking over, he was possibly the only game in town when him and Deano did, but I'll slag him off for how he's trying to exit, particularly from what I have heard...

I'm not doubting what you've heard.  But you don't need to be a big boy to see what Ken's trying to sell ain't worth a lot and  if he has been trying to talk serious people into being stupid he's a lousy salesman and a damned fool.

Has he driven serious people away because of that? I'm sorry but I'd take that with a pinch of salt. Anyone serious would, as you have acknowledged, know that he was running out of time and be ready to step in when all his options had evaporated. Maybe they will. We shall see.

What I can see, much of it on the basis of Howard's evidence, is someone whose taken significant risk to his family's financial wellbeing to try to keep BWFC in business and turn a profit for himself. If the unspecified allegations of financial irregularities are true, he's taken an even bigger risk with his personal liberty with thousands on his case.

When KA presided over the AGM last year, I wasn't at all convinced that all relevant questions had been asked but he dealt with those that were very competently. Does he behave differently with a different audience? Those that you know say he does. If I had been present I might know. As I wasn't I cannot really comment.

haha misread it, now I feel stupid

Could do with Howard letting us know if his group still plan on taking the shares tomorrow. If not then this is going on until May for sure.

Caaaarrrmmmmm Onnnnnnn Roarky, leeeeezbeharvinu!

Just had a read back of Howard’s posts and unless the situation has changed. He was adamant that they would take the shares today and register tomorrow. He also stated that once the deadline is reached and the shares reclaimed, KA can refuse to sign the shares over but cannot then liquidate, or sell the club on. The impasse would need to be dealt with by lawyers.

However, KA is KA and we are vulnerable until shares are reclaimed.

Tick Tock.

When Howard arrived I was more curious than sceptical. He obviously had inside knowledge but why put it out on WW?

A lot of things he said stacked up. A few didn't.

Overall his contributions have been really interesting shedding a light on questions that had never previously been answered particularly relevant to KA's relationship with Eddie Davies and cash raised from debt factoring.

It was always a mystery about KA volunteering unsecured funds of  £2.5m when Holdsworh had signed over the deeds to the Reebok to Blumarble. Now it looks like Eddie was standing behind KA from the very outset and supported him right up to his death. Not gullibly or unquestioningly I might add.

I always  thought that Eddie's death would have a major impact on KA and that his relationship with the club would never be the same without Eddie around. I also thought that the non-attendance of KA at Eddie's Memorial Service was a clear sign of an unhappy relationship between KA and  the Davies family.

Eddie's daughter is a chartered accountant and I've sometimes thought she is likely to be a very good one if she inherited some of Eddie's talents.

It is, why would advertising boards need Internet? Or the big screen that would be able to be changed manually?
