An administrator has to advertise offers for the club for a minimum of 21 days to stop pre pack deals but in that period they have to speak to the ST and give them a chance to submit a bid in that period? So the trust never have an exclusivity period just that they are given a chance to speak to the administrator in that 21 day period?
