I think its a 2 year embargo when entering admin - I suspect league can lift it once new owners prove viability but that won't happen this summer. As for 30th June - it depends if we are in a position to sign players by then.....if we are then you're right we'll be well in the market. But it looks tight to turn it round for then from what I've heard and also looking at other cases of administration in football.

Guest Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 For reference the club that entered admin before the EFL rules and penalties were in place (in fact the club that prompted the rules changes) were Leicester City - they were in admin for 4 months. Debts of £30M.
Mantra Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 Not sure how much this counts for but when BluMarble were going to put us into admin Ken said: "They will now need to fund the club administration going forward, which will take a minimum of three months and will automatically put the club in a two-year transfer embargo and a minimum immediate points deduction of 12 points. "In my opinion, their actions will substantially reduce the value of the club in respect of any future sale and will make it far more difficult to find a future investor/buyer." Not sure if he was right about the embargo, in the EFL statement recently it only mentioned a points deduction. Also said the process would take minimum of 3 months. Again it's Ken so make of it what you will.
