Just been in there for half (en route coming home from Prescot v Athy Colls) and even found that rarest of beats, the reasonable Latics fan. He’s convinced we’ll stick two or three past them. I told him to put his pint down and go home as he’d clearly had too much.

What's wrong with traditional cask ale brewed, handled and served correctly? I don't need my pint to be as cloudy as fuck and smell of grapefruit, thanks.

Don't mind hints of grapefruit depending upon the overall flavour of the brew.

Some of these silly flavours are a bit gimicky.
