I think, but stand to be corrected by Thogdenites, it basically means "like" my ratio tweet more times than the original tweet its responding to. Unfortunately in this case Goldbridge (not his real name and who in actual fact is a Forest fan) has been done by Orient.

Just a quick skim through the responses to it shows you where football discussion is currently at on Twitter. Wank.
