Looking at some of the replies on the initial twitter article, it seems there may not actually be one. Not required because of the aircraft's low speed take off needs.

Seems there aren't, but are being considered for future aircraft. 

Looking at the vid, I reckon he does try to stop, just can't. Poor sod must have been thinking this isn't getting going, then "oh fuck".
