Roger_Dubuis Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 The FTSE 100 has tanked this morning around 5,600 compared to 7,600 earlier this year.I don't know if its the reason for the sell off but the big news is Heathrow airports grim figures, travellers down 84% this year and it now has less passengers than Paris airport for the first time.Heathrow blames the French having better testing facilities and the ban on US travel. I can't see American tourists being allowed in soon. Quote

However, my history in share dealings could mean that a vaccine will be released tomorrow and a Brexit deal announced the day after that sees the UK being given a squillion euros a week by Brussels. If your on about the virus, I’m not for anyone in tier 3 it either stay in tier 1 or 2 with help for businesses or if it’s that bad that the nhs can’t cope then lockdown regionally.
