Farcical then and just checked same up here which is definitely a change. When it was rolled out you booked a test 2/3 days after you’re contacted. If you negative back to work

 

this just gives folk a reason to take 14

days off and for those that want to work prevents them from doing so. Mental

I guess then you could maybe add another week from now to see how many additional cases have been recorded that come out in the wash from the 4th July weekend, but still will only give an idea as to general trends rather than reliable numbers.

I’ve been in two pubs so far and not been asked for any details in either. The system is only as good as the info fed in and that appears to be very limited 

The covid symptom tracking app has asked if i want to take part in vaccine trials

Always been the case down here that you just sat on your arse for 14 days. Track, Trace, Do fuck all.

Went and picked my grandmas glasses up from Specsavers in Chorley, they had the markets on.

It was incredible how many people in the markets, all elderly, all close, none with masks.

I went to marks’s (see what I did there) yesterday lunchtime. It was like the walking dead. Average age was 80. Stinking of piss (well heeled fragrant piss given it was marks’s) and they just don’t give a fuck. Half with masks on half without. Despite it being mandatory. No social distancing whatsoever. Picking stuff up putting it in front of their eyes breathing all over it and putting it back.

 

although sadly covid isn’t selective as otherwise it could be used to great effect to tidy up society.
