I had a cherry coke slush in Spain once. I reckon I got 37 seconds sleep that night I reckon they used actually coke

Cherry Coke Kalimoxto, muy bien - guaranteed to be simultaneously pissed and unable to sleep.

It's the grand leveller that stuff.

Kids of millionaire industrialists and tramps sup it...

The better the wine the shitter the Kali.

Don Simon all the way...

Shit Cava and Fanta Limon is a nice twist on it, and you can get pissed openly on the beach.

I have fantasies about early semi-retirement to Las Canteras (Las Palmas)...

If it happened I'd probably be dead within a year.

Two litres of sweet, sweet Kali for €2 or the same amount of sweet, sweet CavaLimon for about €4...

Cans of Estrella Damm for about 40 cents.

Tropical bottles in bars for a quid.

Vodka 1L for about €4.

Yup, I'd be dead.

After a spell homeless living on the beach.

Fanta limon is the ultimate holiday refreshment. Especially when the waiter fills 50% of your glass up with vodka to go with it

They simply don't give a fuck - just guess the amount of spirit on the very generous side.

The Scandinavians, Finns especially, with their extortionate booze prices at home, they just lose it...

Kids in a candy shop.

End up collapsed, on the street, bladdered at 1pm...

Make the Brits look like Presbyterians.

Can this thread now just be called pissheadery?

b&m selling 500ml cans of Efes for £1.09 and it could with a fancy tin foil lid to entice the hipsters

Shove you can of grapefruit infused radiator water up your arse

Think I'm gonna rename it "Heroic Pissheadery".

Unable to taste fuck all still so my measures mean I'm running out of alcohol quickly. Freedom after midnight tonight. Might take dog on a drunken adventure.

One assumes your fella has taken advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity?

Get the mutt pissed too.

When I was younger I'd rope my dog into being my drinking buddy (see what I did there?)

I'd pour some Stella in his bowl.

"Drink it, you Fanny!"

He knew I meant business with that statement and would start reticently lapping at it.

To be fair I think he didn't care for the fizzyness.

Should've maybe done him a White Russian instead?

Pat and Brians

Thank fuck I’ve remembered or I wouldn’t have slept

I wouldn't have remembered that if sucked into an Event Horizon.

I think they had a price war and lost, especially when renting videos went west...

There's still a shop toward, well turn right at Braddy road still there, ain't changed in thirty years. I think Pat and Brians became a kitchen showroom or sommat.

My sister (beestings, not the cake) reckons there was a florists in a hut on Minerva Road.

I say bullshit.

Did I just imagine 'Plodder Lane Stores' then?

There was a shop near Slack Fold Lane on Plodder Lane, it was lower than the road/pavement with steps down to get in, so the roof was touchable to an adult.

My old man said it was run by dwarves, he also told me this green shed on Queen's Park we'd drive past was where Kermit The Frog lived.

The massive bullshitter.

He also told me the planks on The North Pier regularly snapped and people, mainly kids, fell to their death*.

What a bastard.

*When we were on the pier. And the tide was in.

Shri Ambika is on the corner facing what was Pat & Brians, which did become a showroom.

Still there I think Shri Ambika, as is the one about 300 yards further up from Pat and Brians.

I called my sister (handful) out as being full of shit about the florist's hut.

Do I apologise or gaslight her, hmm?

NEVER do anything “like Youri”

It won’t end well.
