Don’t ive just been in the gym and had to explain to a bird in there I know that my hay fever is sever just now. My sleep tracker on my watch is telling me I’m basically dead and I should be in hospital 🤣🤣

Never dropped below 100 all weekend basically not good for the ticker. But nice quiet week now til Saturday anyway. It’s murder as having to meet all the lads in 3’s rather than one big day out. So I’m out most Saturdays this month

I’ve done some rehab work with a unnamed boxer of a friend who royal white will know, he had a operation on his shoulder and I did his private rehab, one weekend he couldn’t do because he was in Marbella, so I set him an exercise plan.
 

When I read his readings when he got back off his Apple Watch there were high reading anomalies in the early hours, he said he went out for a run

His tracker showed he moved around in a 12 foot radius inside a building for about 3 hours at 1am 😂

Picked up a Pomona and a Polly's earlier, got back and the Pomona can looks like its about to explode, the top has burst out. Messaged the shop on fb and they've refunded it onto my card and advised it may explode if i try to open it..

This happened to anyone before? Don't want it to go to waste so gunna chill it and try open it outside in a bit i think

I did a few ew lucky 15s on a few outsiders at Epsom today and to my astonishment they bolted up in the Derby and the Dash at 40/1 and 33/1 respectively. 

Further to this, to my horror I realised I had done £5ew on one slip instead of £0.50ew on these horses...

Might celebrate with a few quiet pints at the local
