ok, so I've looked into this based on the evidence you presented

I've googled Katie K (and Kay), I don't even think that's her

note, these images are all from playboy, half out of shot in the bottom corner is the bunny watermark

I've googled "katie k playboy" (and kay)

nothing suggests she's ever done it

and I doubt playboy have any need to photoshop tits, they can take their pick from all sizes

so I don't think it's her

The adjudicator has reached his conclusion...
